Blood Python is reluctant to poo...

My blood is always reluctant to defecate, she seems to regularly go months at a time without bowel movements or even urates being released. I have had to resort to tail tickling and swimming the snake to get her to poo, 6 months after I first got her I even brought her to the vet for a snake enema!

Does anyone else have a snake that likes to hold it this long on a regular basis like mine does?

Other than this she is very healthy, growing steadily and eating every time food is offered, the problem is the food goes in but never comes out, and you start to wonder where the snake is storing the last 15 or so medium rats she ate...
