People rushing into getting a burm or tic is the reason there are so many rescues for adults. Someone may think they are prepared because they have a 4-5 foot snake so whats another few feet? A few feet in length can make a world of difference in girth and shear muscle. Do some research first. That little cute snake you'll buy will eventually turn into a giant. And if not taken care of and handled properly could become a monster.
Well I have handle and house sit for my friend who owns a 10 foot RTB.

I have owned all kinds of snakes, I had an RTB when I was 14 but my parents forced me to give it up because at the time it was getting in the way of my grades at school. the RTB was 7 feet long

The thing I can honestly say no about is being ready for it to top at 15 feet.

I may end up getting a RTB again, but thats only if I decide I wont be able to handle a 15 footer. Again I gotta think about it some more and if I decide 15 foot is reasonable and manageable for me, then ill get it

If not ill just get a female RTB

But again like I said I gotta think about it some more. I surely wont jump into it to fast. It was probably the wrong thing to just decide on owning a burm so quickly

So for sure I will think about it much more

Thanks!
