Can I bring my snake in the park, mall, etc etc where dogs are allowed

Take it to the park. If people want to make a big deal over nothing then let them. Just make sure you use the no touching rule. Let people see it but nobody touch. It's not right to give in to the ignorance in the world because people act like someone took a dump in there cereal bowl the site of a not so typical pet. It's your pet and you have every right as anyone with a dog, cat, bird, or whatever to go out and do the same.

You thinks laws trying to prohibit you (or anyone else for that matter) to own snakes is no big deal?

You think that taking a snake in a public place helps people perceive snake owners in a more positive way?

People never cease to amaze me, all that for what? Get attention?

Can you tell me what the benefit are for the snake?

Snakes do not benefit from being taken to the park, neither does this hobby, nothing positive will ever come out of taking a snake to a park.

If you want to take your animal somewhere go to schools and educate people.
