Hi

I have a female ball python that is close to 2 years old, about 3 feet or so and 600 grams. I feed her a rat between 10-14 days. Last summer she got tired of mice, and I thought since she was getting bigger, I'd thought I try a rat. Hasn't refused a rat yet. Should I be feeding her more often? I'm trying not to overfeed her but I am wondering if I am underfeeding her. It's not like she's bone skinny but she doesn't have extra fat. Thee temps to be about 85 on the warm side, 75 cool on average. humidity is about 50%, when she sheds I do extra misting.

Other than that future plans, I'm building 4 stacked cages, and I have a vivarium I'm working on. The cages are 4'x2' of various heights, one of them will be for her, another leopard geckos, 1 bearded dragon, and the fourth is to be determined. The Vivarium, will be for either frogs or some sort of gecko. And hopefully for grad school I can get a male ball python/raise him up and breed with my female. I'd like to breed my leopard geckos but I have another post in the breeding section. Anyways thanks for reading. I'll try to make threads soon for the cages and vivarium as I get more work done on them.
