I have made the decision to get a Rose Hair T. and have read alot of care sheets and general info, but there are some questions I have about the husbandry.

How often do you clean the entire cage out ?
How much of the enclosure gets covered in webs and when do you remove them...just when you clean the cage out ?

I know the humidity numbers, but should the substrate be moist...since they will burrow it seems like a sticky substrate would be harder to dig in, or not, I dont know for sure. Or does the humidity come from something like a patch of moss or someting ?

And I read that I should use a UTH to provide heat...should the UTH be placed at one end to create a warmer spot, or the center to distribute the heat evenly ?

And I found a beauty of a cage...its 14Lx8Wx5.25T, that seems to be a good size but wanted to ask to be sure.

feel free to share anything else you have learned from experience that I may need to know, because I will not purchase any animal until I am 200% sure I can care for it properly.
