    hiding

i just put aheat pad under my ball pythons tank and inside the tank i put a layer of bark and on top of the bark i layed some moss. well this morning i woke up and my snake was hiding in between the bark and the moss and im wondering if thats okay or is there something i should do about it so its okay for him to be that close to the heat pad. hes not laying directly on the tank floor but im affraid he might try to dig down and maybe burn himself.... thanks guys
