Hi everyone! We are new to the site. It's so informative, I plan on reading everything on here.

We've had BP's on and off for about 6 years. (Off because our first one had to be relocated. We lived in an apartment complex and the manager found out about her). We now have two more, Charlie and Lucy. We got Lucy from a close friend of mine who took great care of her. Tonight when Charlie and Lucy were in the bath, we noticed that Lucy's tongue is black. I'm not sure if it's all black, but the top part is for sure. I googled it but didn't come up with much.

What do you guys think is going on? Is it a sign of mouth rot ?
