Unhappy Eye dent / Head rubbing

Just handling my 3 1/2 yr old male BP and noticed a very small dent in his left eye.

I've heard this can be due to lack of humidity but all the levels check out fine.

Is there anything else that can cause this?

    Do I need to worry/visit a herp/make some adjustments?

Additionally, he's still rubbing his chin and head a lot (though I suspect this may not related to the eye-dent but another separate worrying issue). He shed nicely a week ago so I had put this down to pre-shed. However, he still continues to rub his head and throat on his log. I can see no sign of mites.

Is he stressed or do some of them just do this?
    Thanks in advance
