After a month of scratching, gnawing, skittering, and sightings throughout the house, I FINALLY CAUGHT HER! YES!

(I normally never use the banana icon, but this is a special occasion.)

It was actually an ingenious, simple trap. I took an old shoebox and placed a handful of bedding in one corner, along with some bird seed, hamster seed, and a dog treat with peanut butter smeared on it. (How irresistible)

The box had two small pre-cut holes on both ends. I taped one over, and then taped the box closed. I then punched two holes on the top of the box near the end with the OPEN hole, and then threaded and tied a shoestring through it. Once she was inside, I yanked it up and trapped her! Woohoo!
