    Also when you get the interview...ask them what they are looking for in an employee. This way you can customize your answers to fit their "hot buttons". Prior to the interview go on the web and learn about them....you most of the time will learn about their philosophies as a company and you can speak to that. They really like that you did your research prior to an interview. You can also print out info and highlight stuff on the paper and take that in with you. It is just a visual thing they will see that will show them you did your research. Also near the end ask them what their concerns are....this will give you a chance to overcome their objections.
