    weird shed question

As the title says, this may be a strange question... Is is possible for snakes to shed and then the skin somehow disintegrate? lol...

My female cinnamon has been in shed for the past week and a half. Eyes cleared up about 3 days ago and yesterday her skin was very dull with a very pink belly. Today when I check her out she is very bright and her belly is white again, but the skin is nowhere to be found lol. Also, in the time I've had her, not once has she eaten while in shed, but just ate a rat about 15 minutes ago.

If the skin didn't just somehow vanish, is it possible or even common for a BP to go into shed mode and then just clear up without shedding? I know someone didn't take the skin out or something before I checked today since I'm the only one living in the house =P

I see there's a similar topic under mine but my cinnamon is close to 500 grams so I figured it might be different than one just recently hatched
