so , my ball python has 2 cardboard boxex hidouts wich i made personaly for him and he fits coiled up tight in there. when he's on the cool side, he stays in his hide. and at first he used to do the same on the heat side. now most of the time when he uses the heat side he stays out of the heatside and just stays on the substrate lying relax there. now i hear people sayin on forum that if the snake has a hideout on his cool side and doesn't have one on his heat side they prefer to sacrife heating and stay on the coolside to be safe and secure but my snake has a hideout and he doesnt use the hideout on the heat side.
this isn't really a problem just curiousity why he acts like he's not afraid of us, also he usually roams the viv trying to find a way to get out with me and my gf in the room and he doesn't care even if we go look at him. i handle my snake alot , maybe we're not a treat for him anymore? any advice?![]()
