I can't say I've ever seen norton be a good choice. 90% of the time I see it install more spyware than what it removes ::shrug::

I agree, Norton and McAffee are both terrible.

Avast, Avira, Nod32 are all great anti-virus programs. I used to recommend AVG but not so much anymore..

Spyware: Search and Destroy, Malwarebytes, hijackThis, and ad-aware are also great, as everyone has said.
