Can I use hydrogen peroxide on a bite wound on my ball python? This is the first time she's ever been bitten by a feeder in the 3 years Ive had her. It's a very very small (maybe 1/10 of an inch long) cut, not deep, not bleeding, but I want to clean it as well as I can without traumatizing her. I've used neosporin already but I'd feel better knowing that it's really clean.

(also for anyone wondering why I feed live, there are two reasons. One, this particular snake refuses to eat f/t and I feel the long periods of not eating would be more harmful than the occasional nip, and I'm too big of a wimp to kill rats myself. Two, my family hates having frozen rodents in the freezer with our food. :-/ )
