Just a minor idea--I think it would be useful for folks to describe issues they've run into, as perhaps it would lead to some solutions being created (or even to new products being designed in the future).

I'll start it off with this one:

I wish I had some sort of long-handled and easy-to-manipulate lightweight tool for cleaning and swabbing disinfectant into the backs and undersides of my ball python rack shelves. They are too long to reach into with an arm, and I would like to use chlorhex on all the surfaces the animals can come into contact with, particularly in my quarantine bins.

I can probably cobble something like that together eventually, but it would be really nice if something ideal for that purpose already existed. It would need to have a large rounded head with fluffy material or lengths of sponge (so that it can easily get all the corners), similar to some dish washing tools, but larger and much longer. It would be nice not to have to strain to use it.
