I hate to sound winded, so I'll make this story as short as I can.
My house is full of animals. My girlfriend shares my passion for them somewhat, but she is still a bit fearful of snakes.
About two years ago SHE bought (because she loved him) a Rosy Boa. About a month after having him (all the while he was a charming animal) I had a friend over and offered to let him hold our Rosy. I told him how tame he was (and small) For whatever reason, the Rosy kind of freaked and bit my friend about four times before I could take him back and put him in his cage.
I work on his attitude for six months straight, getting bitten EVERY time I took him out. So I appropriately named him Chompy. I suppose it goes without saying that my girlfriend hasn't held him since.
UNTIL TONIGHT!
Chompy has been clean (lol bit free) for about six months now, and I finally got Stephanie to hold him. Even though it was only about a minute, it was great to see her holding HER snake.
I know this seems really lame to all of you, but it means a lot to me!
