I've never used them either so this is why I wanted to get some feedback.

Price really isn't in question when what we spend on equipment & enclosures is nominal in comparison to what we have invested in our 'babies' both financially & with our heart. What's paying a few extra bucks when you boil it down to they themselves being priceless?

I wouldn't have stuck the pad on permanently so the fact it is minus the sticky backing isn't a deterrent either. I use foil tape to apply things because I learned early on, set-ups get change around as they grow up & grow out of set-ups.

I'm looking for function & compatibility with various items such as a thermostat. I have seen the pads for sale but not the t-rex thermostat that is suggested. Well not unless I buy from a UK site & even those turned up as not in stock.

I may or maynot use these with my setups but seeing that they are making way into the US market I thought I might see if there was any user feedback on them before venturing out to be a guinea pig myself.
