So for those that what to continue to talk about MJ without the side bar.

I grew up in the 80's-early 90's which was MJ's prime. I remember new MJ videos were a big deal. The premieres had their own primetime airings.

It's not so much his death that is sad but the last years of his life and that he didn't get the chance to turn his life around. He was going to put on a concert in about 2 weeks. Even though the child sex allegations proved false he never really could recover from that shot to his rep. His financial advisors put his in a world of hurt. He's been in debt for years. I was kind of looking forward to seeing if he could pull a comeback off. Now we'll never know if he could have done it.

In the end, despite his utter wierdness and the contraversies of his later years, I have a lot of fond memories of his when he was the King of Pop.

Anyways, that's all I have to say on it.
