People routinely ask for help and give little to know real information. The definition of whats fine for temps and humidity is not even a universally agreed upon number. Nor should it be with each animal being different. Please give us the following info or as much as you can.

What do you use to heat your cage?
What do you use to regulate the heat of your cage?
What is your ambient temperature in the cage?
What is the temp under your warm hide?
What is the temp under your cool hide?
What is your humidity?
When did your animal last eat?
What was the species, size, and condition of the food item (e.g. mouse, 22grams, frozen thawed or rat, weanling, live)?
What is the weight of your snake?
How often do you handle the snake?
What kind of substrate is your snake kept on?

Can you post a picture of your setup?

Not all of those questions need to be answered but they each can help for the forum to get a good picture of what your snakes life is like. It would be irresponsible to say, oh your snake is just exploring, or oh your snake is hungry until we have more info.
