What are some signs of neurological issues? The rescue RTB we got was being kept on cedar bedding, guess we rescued a rescue. Something just doesn't seem right with her. She tries to climb up to the tops of our head but it seems like she gets unbalanced and falls over and she seems to kinda spin a bit. Help, please.

I know this is about my RTB, but I figured it would be ok to put it here in the advanced husbandry section so others will know what to look for just in case.
