    New Corn

We bought our second snake today. An Albino Corn Snake my son for what ever reason named Ira. We decided on a corn because their body doesn't get as big as the Ball's does (Jake) and even at 4 feet long, he wouldn't weigh as much as Jake. Plus, this one is so much more docile than Jake, and I didn't think that was possible. My 4 year old actually was able to handle it (After teaching you don't hold the baby, it holds your hand)

Here are some pictures from my phone. This is a temp container until my husband gets home with his enclosure.

    Questions

The pet store said they needed room temp, a basking lamp or under tank would cook him (true or false?)

Also, said he didn't need humidity like our ball (true or false?)

And he wouldn't "push" the tops of enclosures like our ball (true or false?)

He said he's fed once a week, 2 pinkies. Shouldn't it be fed 2 times a week?
