Just because you don't live in that state doesn't mean you cannot give your opinion on the bill.
The sub-committee's decisions will affect ALL states, so you should be telling them how it WILL affect you. This is nothing to do with their state, and everything to do with the fact that they are on the FEDERAL subcommittee, and make sure to tell them so too.
Once I told the aide "Yes, I'm in another state, but this FEDERAL bill will affect ALL states, and therefor I think the Congressman should listen to all opinions." then they said that was fine, and they would pass along the opinion.
All congressmen should be listening to ALL US CITIZENS. As loud as we have become through the efforts of NOHR669.com, USARK, and others, they should have no choice but to know how many of us are opposed.
