Hey everyone,
I have been looking through old threads regarding thermostats and UTHS, and I know that a thermostat is very important to control the heat coming from the UTH to prevent thermal burns. But the one question I had that didn't seem to get answered in the old threads was:
Wouldn't the snake still get burnt if it gets too close to the glass or directly on the glass?
Also I am finally picking up some more supplies (including a thermostat) today.
The UTH and/or any other heat sources plugs into the thermostat, but does the thermostat increase the temps if it gets too cold, or decrease the heat if it gets too hot? because my house is never the same temperature,it is always changing.
Thanks
