Well, not necessarily my Albino Boa had great colors after her shed. Her end of the tail was hooked due to bad shed from previous owner and she was born with a small defect on her tail which looked like a bone sticking out. I got her for $400 Canadian. Male spider in Canada can sell $300 and that's super rare. Pastel females range from $300 on average. Since mine is a bad example, as bad as it gets 100 bucks.
