    Gracie the red tegu

    Yep, Gracie is awake from hibernating. For the first time, he's missing some nails, perhaps from not enough humidity during hibernation? He's just finished shedding and is eating a decent amount of fruit/mice.

    He likes hugs. I kiss and hug him a lot. He prefers to not be carried, but loves scratching and fussing.
