blood eating is so werid

i have a 2ft blood male he has the strangest eating habit i have evey seen he will not take a f/t rat while doing the zombie rat dance or or a live rat it has to just lie there in the tank dead then he will come up to it and roll all over it then eat it. it's so werid but i guess since he is eating i shouldn't complain i was just wondering if anyone elses do this?

When mine were younger, they would eat this way. But now, they hit the dead rat hard, and fast. Makes ya jump out ya skin.
