    Carpet Python Tooth...

    i found this in one of my adult's water bowls and got a pic with the macro lens... thought it may be worth sharing.

    is it common for pythons teeth to come out?

    it's about 3mm long and maybe .8mm wide at the base... appears to be hollow.

    i'm fairly sure they shed their teeth periodically. i know elapids do, so i dont know why boids wouldn't.
