UTH = Under Tank Heater (Zoomeds makes the one I have)
CHE = Ceramic Heat Emitter (spelling?) Use in place of a light bulb.
I use a 50 watt bulb I think, I was using a 75 watt for a while.
Hope this helps ya.

Hey there, I'm in Ohio too! Gotta love this crappy ass weather & the fact that it sucks almost all your humidity right out of your enclosure. I'm new at this too, you'll learn alot here. I have 2 UTH's on either side since the light I had was zapping all my humidity. Make sure you have something that is controlling the output of your UTH's if you go that route (such as a light dimmer switch or a thermostat). Good luck!

Re: bulbs
Yeah a thermostat is way nicer to have then a dimmer. Just set it and leave it.
