Not every country has the information available to them that we do with the help of the internet, and not all countries have the same level of sanitation that we do. It seems to be a video taken outside of the U.S. Personally, I think the saddest part is the fact that the snake is probably living in the Kritter Keeper that it was taken out of.

Yes, he probably does have access to the internet, but he's from lebanon... A foreign middle eastern country i believe. He without a doubt, doesn't have any access to snake information in His Own Language You really have to feel bad for these kids, as they don't have the access to knowledge and success as we do... So you can't really call him a dumb kid.
