Around 20 months old I believe. They're rather smaller than other localities such as a Malaysian or Sumatran though. I do think with a few months of good sized meals they should gain some healthy weight.
and some color. don't these guys color up with age?
Yes! That to be true of all "Blood Pythons". Its my understanding that this particular locality to color up a little slower than the rest. But for the most part these animals just get better with age. You really should see they're adults colors no later than the 3 or 4 year mark i believe.
