    sometimes but rarely i here my ball python make a wheezing noise but it doesint have bubbles comeing out his noise OR liquid can it be ri i never see it yawning at night when hes trying to get out when he pushes up on the lid OR puts his head in the corrners i here him make a wheezing noise but doesint make it on the regular bases and doesint do it when hes breathing laying down or when im holding him

    Could there be a piece of stuck shed? Sometimes that can create a whistling or wheezing sound.

    This article here gives a good description of what to look for - RI

    Bottom line - if the snake continues wheezing and you aren't 100% sure that it isn't an RI - bring the snake to the vet to get checked out.
