Anyone else looking forward to the Insight Bowl?

I am!!

I am in a unique situation with this bowl. I am a sports nut, and a diehard Jayhawks fan (see my signature ). Well I got my undergraduate degree from KU. I could have gone to Kansas State University and studied the same thing I am now (KU doesn't offer a Masters of Landscape Architecture). However raised as a Jayhawk, I could not go to our rival school....so here I am a couple states north at the University of Minnesota.

Half way thru the season I mentioned to my buddies after both KU and U of M football teams began to struggle that they need to throw the two teams in a bowl. Well here we are. I tend to talk a lot of smack with all my buddies...maybe a bit too much. If KU loses....I will have to transfer schools as I will never hear the end of it!

Anyone else as pumped for this game as I am?

The one sucky thing is....the game is being aired on the NFL network....which I dont have! :cens0r:

woot woot thanks! Ya...well turns out comcast is running a deal up here. They are giving minneapolis the NFL network for free up here so that everyone can watch the game! YEAH!

Yeah I saw that, also showing it in KC even though Time Warner has cable rights but they are showing it on Fox-4. Just noticed the link above wont work until tomorrow but found a new one...
