    question.
    you say your one has a great temperment. in your experience, is this true for all perus? i've heard they normally have a nasty attitude as far as boas go.

    Not true at all. They can be quite a handful. And many times they stay that way into adulthood. I only have one that is down right ornery. The rest, I wouldn't say are mean, but very alert. You have to be really careful, and patient with them. If they don't want to come out of the cage, they won't. If they don't want to be messed with, they will let you know it.
