Male Retic Cage Size?
I searched the internet for the correct cage sizes for retics, but couldn't find the required size for a male retic as they tend to stay smaller in length and girth than females.
Or is an 8' cage necessary for males too?

An 8' cage could house an adult female

Definitely, sometimes bigger is not always better. For a male retic this size would be more than enough.

Thanks for the info guys.
This is the reason why I asked. A lot of people say different things.
Some people claim to have their adult males in 6' cages, some turn complete rooms of their house into a retic cage.

sorry i should have added in my opinion.
Wouldnt an 8x2 cage only be adequate for up to a ten foot snake?
Of course retics do spend most of their time curled up *sigh* i confuse myself.

For an adult male retic, usually about 12'-14' on average, a 6' x 2' x 18" cage would be perfect.
A rule of thumb is the snake should not be able to wrap completely around its cage, the inside of it.
