'Stonewashed' look on my new BP...?

Yesterday I made an amazing trade. An beautiful adult male for my terrible little Nile Monitor. The guy DID have a female...but the male really caught my eye.

He is much lighter than your normal phase BP. I compared him to both my normals and he sticks out like a sore thumb. He almost looks 'stonewashed'. I kinda doubt he's a morph. My guess is that he's just an oddball.

I'm waiting for my mom to send my camera. Then I'll be posting pics ^^

He's really a HUGE, handsome boy. He makes my year-in-a-halflings look like hatchlings x)

Burgundys are said to have a stone wash look to them. The only other thing I could find that said it looked stone washed was a dead one. I could have sworn I had seen something about a stone washed pastel the other day.

It's similar, but not quite. He has the solid black markings, but were he should be dark gold he's lighter, slightly sandy looking, with whitish shading on the lower part of the body.
