how long does it take for a subbmitted photo to be reviewed, approved and posted?
I submitted a few and they are still not there?

It can take several days but you can rest assured that if you do meet all the requirement your pic will be approved and posted and members will be able to vote for it.
However you do have to meet all the requirements which you do not for now
