Re: growth?
If she does not refuse food then it is possible. I honestly doubt that she will go for you this season, but you never know. If I were you around February, or so, feel for follicular development. If she has follicles, then introduce a male to her.
If you like bees then go for the spider x pastel. I really like bees also. Good luck!

Re: growth?
If she is eating regularly I'd say she could get up to that weight.
How many grams is she growing per month? You could always esitmate her grow by that....
I have one 08 female spider that is alreay 450+ grams.... She amazes me everytime I look at her....

Re: growth?
There is a chance she could get up to that weight, but honestly I would just be patient and wait a year. What's the rush? You can have 2 eggs this year (maybe) and small clutches for the next 3 years...or wait a year and have big clutches indefinitely.
I would say the pairing depends on what you want to do in the future. If you hold back the super pastels, then breed those to the spider and you have more bees.

Re: growth?
I wouldn't breed a female so small, give her a chance to grow up-- 1500 grams.
