Well, I haven't received anything from the company yet, but felt that I should leave my current response. I placed an order this morning at 8:28, then received a UPS notification of shipment at 9:56 this morning. I'm just stunned at the speed of response with the order. I'll update some more once the package arrives, but, so far, I'm very pleased.

I recieved a package from them today with a few odds and ends in there (hides and such) and it was the same thing .. within an hour of order I got a shipping confirmation. I know their racks take longer (I have one of those coming yet as well) but their customer service and responsiveness is top notch.

Also, I asked more a few more rack pins and got a bag of 10 with my order .. so .. YAY!

I can't say enough good things about RBI. I now have 3 of Rich's racks, use his hides, and have one of his temp guns. Customer service is excellent and shipping is exceedingly fast. When I need something else, RBI is where I am going to buy from.

I agree with you. I ordered a thermostat and temp gun with Reptile Basics last week and received both in just 2 days of placing the order.

I have ordered a bunch of flexwatt/connectors/wires from Reptile Basics, as well as my thermostats and temp gun. Service has always been excellent, shipping prompt, and Rich is very helpful with any questions/concerns about your order. Would highly reccomend and I plan on ordering from them again.

I ordered a rack and some hides from Rich last week, my third. Anyways I got an email yesterday saying that it will be here by the end of the week.

I have to say that every time I send Rich an email it doesnt take long before I get a response back. Outstanding customer service and the quality is second to none.

Well, thanks to the company being close (neighboring state) and the super fast response, I should have my package within 24 hours of payment, and that's with UPS Ground, the slowest/cheapest option. Incredible.

Even though I'm on the other side of the continent from Reptile Basics, he always does is very best to get my orders to me as fast as he can!

I've got tons of products from him and they are all top notch quality Racks, cages, temp guns, hides, t'stats, RHP's.... all top notch products at a great price and with excellent customer service
