    They look great, Carlo.

How was Hamm this year ? Some friends of mine went there - I couldnīt make it - and they were a bit disapointed. They said it was so crowdy (15.000+ people) that you could hardly walk and it was very difficult to even see the animals in the stands. They took almost 2 hours in the line, just to enter the fair.
And the "bargaining" is increasing to a "street-fair" level.

Did you feel that way too ?

I hear that, some top european breeders are "moving" to the Houten (Holland) Snake Day in October, instead of Hamm. Fewer people, but good (in some cases, better) quality.
Next year we may also opt for Houten.

I didn't go to hamm because of the peoplemadnis there but got these on the rheda show a week before , this show could replace the hamm show in the future because its bether location and lots more space inside so we wil see. but i'm going to the houten show anyway because i have some cb animals to sell.

    Re: new animals

Totally agree with the sentiment here on the differences between both the Hamm show & that of Houten.

I cannot deny that Hamm is exceptional in the variation of species that are available, however, the cramped conditions both for exhibitor & visitor alike is somewhat unbearable.

We prefer to exhibit at Houten Snake Day (NL) - now this is a show that is well organized &, in my mind, a far more civilized occasion.

The 'Hell that is Hamm' may not maintain it's status for much longer as Rheda will attract a greater community over time.

    Edit: beg your pardon Carlos.

What lovely animals, good luck with your future breeding.

    Regards. Lex
