    how soon is too soon

I was thinking of talking to some of the breeders on the forum I was interested in getting a cool morph .. I have a normal already that I just got as an anniversary gift from the wife 2 days ago And I lover her todeath.. but I've seen some cool morphs and wanted to know is it too soon to get another from a breeder ? If it's not too soon does anyone have any cool morph hatchlings for sale? I have the room I just was wondering/..

I was also thinking about getting one, but I'd wait a little just in case ball pythons don't end up being your thing.

I've had mine eight months now, and I figure after a year if I'm still interested in adding more and Ruth is still growing strong then maybe I'll get a spider or mojave.

Just seems like a bit of money to spend on something you might not be into after awhile.

I agree. Right now they may seem like the perfect pet but later you may change your mind. I'd probably wait at least a couple months. Don't wanna be stuck with two if your opinion changes!

I would worry about your first snake before you think about getting a second. After two days, you hardly know your python, especially if your leaving it bee for a week as you should. ;]

I would wait a couple of months, or a good QT amount of time before considering buying a second one, just so you can familiarize yourself with ball pythons and get your first one eating regularly and growing.
