    Thanks Jon!

I definitely wish I had held back more Hypo females the last few years.

Now you need to mix some of the VPI Axanthic crosses you posted into the Hypo crosses !!!
That would be killing it !

Re: Hypo, Blonde Pastel Hypo and Mojave Hypo Pics

I have a genetics question. Would a hypo x mojave come out with a Mojave Hypo or would you have to breed the siblings back to the parents?
Also, in cases that you do have to do that, why?

    Beautiful animals!

    Thanks!

The Mojave Hypo can't be made by breeding Mojave to a Hypo...

Mojaves are co-dom...When bred to a Normal you can produce more Mojaves...Hypos are Simple Recessive and each parent must have the Hypo gene to reproduce more Hypos.

So breed Mojave to a Hypo and any Mojaves will be 100% het Hypo...Breed them back to Hypos or het Hypos to get a Mojave Hypo.

    Hope this helps.
