    Help me I.D.

Can somebody please help me identify my new leopard gecko. I picked him up the other day from a local pet store for $25.00, they said he was an albono but i have no clue. Thanks.
(sorry about the pics, he is shedding and the other one is blurry.)

im not sure but in the last pic it looks like there is something sticking out of its body near its right arm (looks like shed in the second pic)... he also looks a bit thin, congrats and good luck with the little guy! Hope someone can come help ID him for you.

You might want to reconsider your choice of substrate too...Leos are known for tasting everything

Thanks, That is shed sticking out of him and he probably was underfed at the pet store but he has been eating like a champ. What type of substrate would you recomend.

paper towel, tiles, newspaper.. something that doesnt have particles, otherwise you risk impaction. We house our adult leos on newspaper and babys/juvies on paper towels. Very easy to clean, keep up, exc.

thats fantastic to hear its eating well! I love its color BTW, I wouldnt mind having one of them in my collection, price wasnt bad either if you ask me
