    Eating aspen?

Ok today was feeding day and I fed all 7 snakes and they all took F/T right away. The only thing is looking through the tubs I saw 4 of them had aspen stuck to the mouse and I saw it go down the hatch.

One of the snakes had a good amount just starting to go down and it was right at the butt of the mouse, you know right when they lift thier head to make everything go down, so I opened the tub and picked the aspen out of the snakes mouth.

One of my snakes still has a piece hanging out of his mouth... Is this ok, or should I ditch the aspen and just go pure newspaper?
