    Ri?

ok so today we took out all the snakes and our bco got to come out and hang all over my boyfriend and my roommate and he was happy. then my boyfriend noticed every now and again when he is climbing around, he makes a light hissing sound. he asked me, so im asking you, is that an RI symptom? he doesnt have the bubbles or the open mouth breathing or the lethargy and hes real active and seems generally happy. in your professional/more experienced than my opinions do you think that he has an RI? we are going to keep a good eye on him of course. but short of driving 3 hours to the vet is there anything we can do to prevent an RI other than lowering the humidity a smidge and raising the temp?
    thanks.

    Re: Ri?

RAISE the humidity. It acts like a warm shower and releases the mucus and helps him expel it. Good luck!
