I just called the store after watching the "how to sex a snake video" The last thing i want to see is someone shove the probes in the body. I talked to an employee and he said that lady was let go and she was basically a moron (as we all know) he is going to have the owner call me back...

Nice! Keep us posted Jon! They should really take those videos off of the net. It was almost like she was trying to be wrong at everything!

I talked to the owner, he was very nice and had no idea about the videos. He was quite upset about his store being used for them. The employee i talked to earlier was knowledgable about snakes and breeds Jungle Carpets, so it looks like hes hiring better people. He is trying to figure out how to get them taken down.

So, bless his heart, the owner went and commented on each video to say that she was no longer employed there, and that his store nor himself ever got to review the tapes or see the scripts.

So - the amount of time she was filming - not just that series, but the others (all wearing the same clothes), the ownership really didn't know she was doing this? She had to have been back there recording for HOURS!

Not to defend the lady or anything, but how many of us spend countless hours not working while at work? LOL a good amount of BP.net people browse during work hours.

I never inferred that she was doing it on the clock - I just found it difficult to believe that the owner never knew about it, judging by how long it would have taken to record that series, the corn series, the beardie and king snake ones. Surely someone knew she was doing it?

Yeah I'm sure a few people knew, but then again how many pet store employees are up to date on BP husbandry? Not very many. At least the owner did the right thing in firing her and posting comments on all the videos.
