Hi, I'm not sure of the name, but I used to get some of those in my garden, only mine had the whole body of the colour of the head of yours... they love crickets...

I am in Mission Texas, right on the border with Mexico, at my friends house here in Mission.

IMO I'd advise feeding them worms and slugs.
