Re: A Question about prices
I think you would be surprised...female pastel for less than $300 arent that rare...especially at shows...keep your eyes open and you will find one, I promise!

Re: A Question about prices
I think you could definitely find either of those for that price. It may not be the absolute best specimen, but if you explain your situation to a breeder they may be able to help you out.
Deals at shows can be pretty good too if you have some cash on hand.

I was wanting a female pastel or a male spider (eventually I want both for BEES!). Is it even possible to find one of these morphs for $300 or less? I will be looking at the RMRE Aug. 2nd, but somehow I get the feeling I won't find anything for that little.
Can anyone put a bit of hope back into my morph dreams?
Take the cost of shipping out of the equation and you should be able to get either one for that price. my advice buy the female first since it would take longer for her to get to breeding size; then by the time the female is ready to breed the price on the male will be even less!

Re: A Question about prices
Heh, that's what I was thinking. The female pastel is my first pick, but if I can find a nice male spider for around that price then I'd jump at it. Besides, I have one normal female at breeding size now, and my Het albino female almost there. I could at least breed a male spider with them, and maybe get a female spider in the process, until a pastel female was big enough.
At least, that's what I'm telling Ari so he doesn't freak out at my getting TWO new snakes.

Def. don't lose hope. I saw plenty of pastels for under $300 at the show last weekend. I was also able to pick up a spider for under 300 as well. Just bring cash.
