    Agreed there.
Tell them how your real disappointed this happened because you love the animal and such.
They're reputation isn't very high in my book.

    Re: A little bump (pics)

I purchased a ball python from LLL a few months after I had my first and at this time I wasn't a member of the site and did not QT. I had it a week when I noticed the bubbles near its nose. Took it to the vet and it was in late stages of an RI. We gave it antibiotic shots and everything but in the end unfortunately she died. I wont buy from LLL again although I have heard other people who have had great experiences with them. My biggest complaint is when I spoke with them about it their customer service was horrible. They made me feel like it was my fault and the snake left them 100% healthy. I just tried to take it as a lesson learned. Whenever any of my customers have an issue, I'll take care of it asap, not pull this crap.

The bump is gone! he shed and it is no longer there! I still don't know what it was. It is gone and I could see in the shed that there was a large lump in the shed but not on him anymore. Ok thanks guys!
