Re: Info about Egyptian Sand Boas
"Both the Egyptian sand boa (E. c. colubrinus) and the Kenyan sand boa (E. c. loveridgei) are heavy body snakes with small heads, small eyes, and short tails. The belly and is white or cream colored in both subspecies. The Egyptian sand boa (E. c. colubrinus) has a yellow coloration with dark brown splotches. The Kenyan sand boa (E. c. loveridgei) has an orange coloration with dark brown splotches."
"taxonomic distinction between the "Egyptian" and "Kenyan" Sand Boas is unwarranted"
Looks like the only difference is where they are found and their coloring, I would assume any care sheet you could find for a Kenyan would work just as well for an Egyptian based on what I've read.
This site - where I got the quote from - lists a couple common names of different African sand boas and has one care sheet for them:

Thanks, but I know that. What I do want to know is if their temperament is okay.

Okay, well you also wanted to know about feeding and male/female size. I thought it would be helpful if maybe you searched this section of the forum where Kenyan sand boas are often discussed because the threads on them will probably answer your questions.
There is a thread that was posted not too long ago about KSB temperament - it should tell you what you need to know - there were quite a few comments on that one.
