    Just wondering..

Is there an actual genetic difference between a pastel and a lemon pastel? I've been looking at some pictures and I'm having trouble seeing the difference. My male pastel looks very similar to some "lemons" i've seen, too, but i'm sure he's just a pastel. Is there a defined difference in markings or colors?

the lemon part is just nerds name for their line of pastel that they have selectively bred for a specific trait....all the pastels with the exception of enchi, cinnamon and black pastels are compatible....so its the same gene
